Central Academic Apartment Sofia

I liked how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. The kitchen had everything needed, including several appliances and plenty of dishes. The heating worked well, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The location was great too, close to historical landmarks, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within easy reach.

I didn’t like that there was a smell of tobacco in both the living room and bedroom, which was somewhat unpleasant. Additionally, although the front door requires a key or token for access, it was frequently found open when entering or leaving the building, which raised some security concerns.

Perfect location! Well equipped with all you would need for a stay. The bed was comfortable and lots of space in general in the apartment. Great to have a washer/dryer and the apartment was nice and warm inside. Good fridge/freezer. This apartment has the makings of being amazing with a bit of updating,new duvet covers and pillows and renovating the bathroom.

Dreadful bathroom, although I did get used to it after a couple of days. Could only hold the shower head as when in the holder the water just shooting against the wall. Lots of peeling paint and crumbling areas on the walls. The entrance and lift are rather off putting but it’s very safe and secure.

La douche fait partie intégrante de la salle de bain mais sans rideaux ni parois, c'est un peu étrange mais n'empêche pas le bon fonctionnement

2nd time I've stayed here. Everything good. Easy check in. Perfect central location in quality neighborhood. Great apartment with everything needed inside. I absolutely recommend.
