Location close to the station was ideal for us. A 20 minute walk to the centre but we don't mind(even enjoy walking as it gives us the chance to discover the city). Enjoyed the balcony in the evening. Supermarkets close by. Good cooking facilities. A great stay and a good base from which to explore the cave church and monastery On the 4th floor but a modern lift! Nice and clear interaction with host.
