Budget Luxury Apartment - Absolutely New Building!

Modern well kitted out apartment with separate TVs and air conditioing in bedroom and living room. Intelligent lift system and building access control. Extra large comfortable bed. Balcony with city views towards the station. Short walk from bus and railway stations so you can dump your bags and head off to explore.

No plugs in the sinks. So we couldn't fill the kitchen sink for washing dishes, and I couldn't fill the bathroom sink with hot water for shaving. (The kitchen sink plug system was broken).

Great place to stay. Good instructions for check-in

I have been there 2 years ago. Then the place was realy new.

The mattress was new, the sofa was soft. Now they are in a tragic state.

Easy check in, comfortable bed.

It was very dirty and everything was falling apart.

Good location, good facilities, it is more than a decent location. Than you!

That it was not cleaned properly ,it could have been much cleaner, that was the only thing that I did not like, I hope the owner sees this.

We arrived at night, all the markets were closed and there was 30 ⁰C. A bottle of water was put on the table. Lifesaving. Clear instructions of getting the keys. Recommend.

Definitely the dirtiest Bookingcom apartment I've ever stayed in! I should have read the earlier critics that told the same story. The kitchen was filthy. A stove full of dirt, grease and something else. Toilet cabinet, mirror, basin dirty. The pillowcases smelled of dirt, grease and perfume. The doors looked very dirty. It seems that the apartment is cleaned by a Person who has no basic idea of what should be done! Also I didn't get any instructions on how to get to the apartment. It wasn't until I asked three times with different messaging apps that I got the instructions at 4:00 p.m. Fortunately, we arrived in the evening. The building is not new, maybe from the 90s. The apartment was renovated maybe 10 years ago but now neglected Proper cleaning would save a lot, the apartment has so much potential. The pros: location, washing machine, Netflix. No bugs in bed or in the apartment.
