The apartment is within easy walking distance of The Mall. It was convenient to have several restaurants there to choose from. I wasn’t happy to realize it was a first floor apartment, but I felt safe with the roller door down. I would stay there again.

The location is good.

Poor bathroom, non responsive host, not so clean. The arrival instructions are outdated including the link with the address and Wifi details. There's was some bugs walking in the bathroom and spider webs on the ceiling.

Apartment is clean.

1. The apartment is located in a neglected neighborhood. Google Maps doesn't recognise the address written in the reservation. 2. Apartment is closed with roller shutters (like a garage), remote control and the keys are locked in a box with the code. When I didn't succeed to open the box the "receptionist" instead of helping me suggested to return the money (it was late evening, around 8 p.m.)! 3. It's a really small so called "smart" studio apartment with the front glass wall, so you are exposed to anyone on the street. Sure you can use the curtain but then you have less light. 4. Heating is the next problem of this apartment. In the morning it was already pretty cold in the apartment despite the fact that outside temperature in the night was +3°C. There is an electrical heater in the room but it even doesn't stand vertically on its legs, so it's risky to use it. 5. Toilet is combined with the shower in a really tiny room, so you cannot take a shower without having toilet paper soaking with water afterwards. 6. Finally, in the morning there was no electricity in the whole apartment! What a surprise! 7. I am on business trips around the world more than I stay at home for the last twenty years. This apartment is one of the worst, even in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan was better (last trip)!

It was a garage converted into a house. It was cold. The heating system was really bad.

The interior of the apartment was nice, exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy to find, great location near the airport and the mall.

This ground-floor apartment, formerly an office or shop, left me feeling exposed and vulnerable. The glass walls, from the building's corner position to the entrance, made the space uncomfortably open to the outdoors. The bathroom was tiny, kitchen light didn't work. I booked another accommodation in Sofia as I didn't feel safe in this one. The apartment's location and glass walls should be displayed in the listing description and/or photos.

The location is great, behind Mall Sofia. Good value for the money. The bed was comfortable.

The entrance is a garage door and then glass door, feels weird and very exposed to the street. I guess before was a store. The lamp in the kitchen didn’t work. The bathroom was super small, not comfortable and with some hair on the ground, it needs some attention.
