Flower house 3

Really helpful host. Edge of town location which was perfect for us coming back from the airport, 13leva taxi at midnight. Quiet outside area. Very spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay.

Only cleanliness, which is an easy fix, I'd hope. I guess the cleaner has changed since our last visit. 2 toilet rolls both with hardly any on. We didn't arrive until midnight and ran out of loo roll first thing. The floor by the toilet was filthy, loads of hair. The hand towel had what looked like toothpaste on it. There's a kettle but no coffee/ tea - just a 3 in 1 would be lovely, especially when you arrive late.

Quite large and clean. All the furniture seemed very new as well - also had a kitchen, which we appreciated and used. The host was lovely when we asked to stay a bit longer past checkout because one of us was quite sick and needed to rest.

Only 1 set of cutlery and a single plate + bowl certainly made sharing a meal more exciting than usual

Is it not a good idea to enlarge the bathroom?

Good Facilities, big fridge, comfortable bed, beutiful interior design and great instructions for getting access to the appartment, the host was very helpful in letting me turn up a little earlier than normal which was well needed after days in the mountains.

The shower had some difficulty draining into the drain due to the floor being too flat. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

Compact but spacious. Very soft bed. Overall comfortable and perfect location to walk along to Armeec Arena.

Needed a taxi but no info, host didn't respond to my query. No tea towel in kitchen. Milk provided but nothing else. No bin in bathroom., just really small things.

The only positive thing I have to say is that it was better than sleeping in my car.

I couldn't find the apartment initially because the owner didn't give an exact address, so I called her and asked how to find the apartment after running around for 20 minutes. Right away I was told if I was not happy I should just go away and find another apartment. Super rude and not helpful at all. Naturally she would not refund me. After our "conversation" I realised that the apartment was a converted garage! We spend the night and left early in the morning to make sure we not have to meet the owner. Worst experience I ever had as far as hotels go.
