Semiramis` Suite 2-bedroom Lux Apartment

Situation géographique.

Peu de communication avec l'hôte. Finitions limites d'un appartement quasi neuf, qui va mal vieillir. Ambiance chantier de l'immeuble.

I liked the excellent position

Location was super - very easy to walk to central sites. Apartment is lovely - large, luxurious, comfortable, quiet neighbourhood. Great for families as there is plenty of room. If we visit Sofia again we will definitely go back. Great value for money. Would warmly recommend.

The only problem was that our key fob for the outside door (the entrance to the building) didn't work so when we arrived we couldn't get in until some other guests happened to come along. The building manager said they would come by to replace it that evening but in the end they weren't able to do so until the next day so we were left without a way to enter the building. As it happened some other guests soon came so we entered with them, but before that I was stuck outside with two small children - not ideal. This was the only negative aspect.

Good location. Easy to walk around: the church, coffee shop, shopping.

Consider if you have heavy luggage. No elevator. I stayed at 3rd floor and carrying my luggage upstairs was the problem.

Location is very convenient.

Amount of ware is limited. There are small insects in the apartment.

Overall the apartment is god option. It is a nice spacious apartment in a very central location. The apartment needs some basic maintenance checks

A few things need some attention: shower door knob is missing to open door after shower. My 12 year old child got stuck in shower as the suction seal around shower is very hard to open. Luckily she had not locked the bathroom door. Adults can open door from top only. This is a significant safety issue that should be resolved immediately Beds do not have mattress protectors and sheets come off easily at night. This a a basic hygiene improvement TV 2 out of 6 remotes work There was 2 breakfast bowl in kitchen for 4 people

Great location, near the main metro station and near city center

It was a good stay with amazing location close to most famous places. Accessibility was also great.

We did not get coffee accessories and dish washing stuff till the 3rd day. There were some unwashed cutlery inside the dishwasher.
