Semiramis` Suite 2-bedroom Lux Apartment

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! My friends and I stayed in this apartment for New Year's Eve and we risked our lives because in this apartment the host had voluntarily tampered with the electrical panel. In fact, the electrical system does not meet a minimum safety standard, it doesn't even turn out to have a trivial circuit breaker installed. We were cooking for dinner on the evening of 02/01/2023 when at some point the power went out and there was a strong smell of burnt electrical component. On our way down the stairs, we encountered the firefighters who fortunately were alerted by the first-floor resident who, having smelled the burning smell before us, alerted the appropriate authorities. The firefighters fully cut the apartment's electrical system and showed us a completely burned electrical terminal. To make matters worse, the entire electrical cabinet is not made of fireproof material but of wood. Another 10 minutes and a fire would have broken out in the entire building. If it were not for the first-floor resident, maybe, we would not be here writing this review. We promptly called the host who CATEGORICALLY refused to offer us a refund for the distress and even demanded damages (which were obviously not our fault). This event left some of us completely shocked. What's more, the apartment two days after the “accident” was again available here on Booking, an indication that the electrical system has not yet been made compliant. If you value your life DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT.

Location is great, every good place is within 10 mins by walking. Metro is 1 minute away. 3 double beds, 2 in seperare room, 1 in between rooms. I say totally go for it

Apartment in a perfect central location, walking distance to all amenities & to the metro. Apartment was spacious and the bed in the main bedroom was large & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful when we called them.

Beware there is no lift to the apartment which wasn't a problem for us but could be if you struggle with mobility.

Excellent location

Pillows need to be changed and missing cutlery and glasses. The pan is too old.

Clean, modern appartment at prime location. Good (rain) shower and comfortable beds. Airco works well when needed.

Well .. the appartment is situated in a building that is under construction. So the rest of the building and stairway are really rough.

The location is great, in the heart of the city. Also, contacting with the property was super easy and the staff was really helpful. They speak English as well, which is not always a given. The apartment is clean and highly finctional. Overall, highly appreciate it!

As some people have mentioned, there is no elevator, which could be a disadvantage. We are quite used to it and did not find it a problem at all.
