House Proctor

We visited House Proctor for the second time and we were not let down. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing time at the mountains - it is perfect for small group/family gatherings. The interior is extraordinary, the house is spacious and very clean, there is also a big yard and a great barbecue. We were very happy with the owner, who thought of every detail (from providing coffee to offering little snacks and wine as a gift) and did her best so that we could have a good time. We will be happy to return once again.

We loved our stay there. The apartment is so beautiful and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also..the view is breathtaking! The host is very helpful and made sure that we can get all informations needed according to what we need. She also left us some wine and fruits as well as vouchers for the restaurant nearby which was so great! We were with a small child so we enjoyed the beautiful backyard a lot where our child could play freely.

House Proctor is one of the most memorable places we’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Everything is prepared with such attention to detail and care. It is clean and comfortable, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at other places in the region around Pamporovo/Stoykite but they can’t compare to this. The flats are uniquely furnished and well kept and the garden is very pleasant on a sunny day. Overall very enjoyable place that we’d love to come back to soon. It’s also close to the ski lift (Stoykite) so we’ll probably check it out in the winter season.

We absolutely loved everything about House proctor, the location, atmosphere, just everything about it was amazing. We have already booked to come back for the winter.

If you like to spend time in the mountain and like cozy places, then that's your place! The apartment was exactly the same as the photos in Booking. The host welcomed us very warmly. We had a basket full of snacks, wine and fruits. Nearby, there's a restaurant that you can use the vouchers you get from the host, as well. It was really nice gesture! They made sure we had everything and was ready to answer all the questions any time. We literally felt like at home! The place has it's own charm and of course spectacular view. The furniture in the entire apartment was fantastic, the beds were very comfy and in the kitchen area fully equipped. The garden is really nice to chill out and enjoy the mountain. It's close to many main tourist attractions, Pamporovo, Smolyan and many ecotrails. I would definitely recomend this place to evryone!

The place is spotless, spacious, decorated and furnished with great taste, preserving the spirit of its surroundings. Million dollar view! Unmatched hospitality!
