Although we had to cut our trip short and did not ski, we enjoyed our stay at House Proctor. Our apartment was as described, clean and cosy. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We plan on visiting again - this time to ski, as we definitely prefer this property to staying in Pamporovo.

Spacious and very bright apartment, 2 bedrooms (with a bathroom in each of them). Check-in was very easy, owners are more than helpful. There is a nice little garden that will be great for children in the summer (it was quite OK even now) just as a place to run as Stoykite is quite a mountain village. Our apartment didn't have the kitchen facilities but we were offered (and uses) a kitchen downstairs where we could prep food for the little one with no hassle. You can go to the restaurants in 10 mins walking, also about 10 mins to the lift to Sneszhanka. Overall, we are quite happy and think to go back in the summer.

Nothing major. I was missing the Premiership on the TV if I need to say something on the negative side. Anyway, didn't have the time to watch it. :-D

Nicely furnished property with a well equipped kitchen. The view is amazing - you see the whole area and the mountain behind. The host is very welcoming and responded promptly to our questions and requests. The breakfast and the food as a whole in the nearby restaurant were very delicious. We will definitely visit the place again.

Everything was perfect! Just as a suggestion - maybe a washing machine would be a good idea :)

"Amazing place and amazing hosts!"

Lovely place with an amazing view, furnished beautifully. Ski lift is only 10 mins walk. The hosts- Vanya and Steve are the best hosts ever- incredibly attentive and friendly. The restaurant in the village is a must- we ate multiple times there and the food is by far the best in the region (even better than the food in Pamporovo). Overall superb stay! Thank you Vanya and Steve- we will be back.

One of the most amazing places I have visited! Everything was new, comfortable and very very cosy! The hosts were kind and helpful. Perfect location and many possibilities for having fun!

View was amazing. Place was spacious and kitchen was very well stocked. The place was very clean tidy and quiet which is great for a weekend getaway.

Lighting was insufficient in the kitchen area. Not enough power sockets in the living room, but the hosts were very polite and provided a power strip.
