"Nice apartment close to the city center"

Very neatly kept apartment with all amenities. They had fans in rooms and the lounge area. Clean linen and comfortable beds. We were quite close to the city, which was great. The landlord was quite welcoming and accommodating - 5 stars for customer service.

We were there in a week where it was unusually hot and humid in Armidale, with no air conditioning it was a bit uncomfortable, especially during the day. Additionally, washing was a bit of an issue as the apartments use a shared laundry and people were not picking up their washing after finishing. This made us go down multiple times to check whether the machine was available. As the apartment block is adjacent to a road connecting two highways, the traffic noise was high. However, we were happy overall with our stay
