Cozy living and bed rooms with heaters.

Toliet wasn't very clean may be that because of building was very old.

Good location a few blocks from the main shopping area. Older unit but was very clean and had everything needed for a few days in Armidale.

Parking space very tight but we were advised before booking.

The place is date and could do with a revamp, especially the bedroom cupboard and bathroom. The Oil Heather's were small and heat output very low even when left on as told to they failed to make much difference in the room temperature

Clean, cosy and well provided, easy access and great communication provided by owner. Great place for couples or family stay. All amenities in good order.
