Que le personnel ait été correct en me laissant être remboursé même s'il n'a pas donné de solution pour me re-loger ailleurs

À peine monté dans les escaliers, l'odeur de fumée de cigarette était trop forte, insupportable pour moi. Ils auraient dû le signaler. Tout comme au 'Family room Lux a rue Brogniez 89 à Bruxelles' ou je loge actuellement où il n' y a vraim8pas de wifi contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. De plus, leur téléphone sur répondeur, et quand on demande 'e wifi la dame nous dit d' aller au numéro 10e de la même rue sans pouvoir s'asseoir ni travailler. Vraiment lamentable ici. J'ai demandé une ristourne pour acheter une carte téléphonique prépayée en compensation mais la dame n'accepte pas, en plus elle nous presse comme si c'est nous 'es chiantes or elle ne respecte pas ce qui est écrit sur son site.
