Aircondition doesnt reach the bedroom

Location was great. Close to supermarkets, rentals, and gondola station. The apartment itself was okay. Even though the pool mentioned in the description was "under construction" we negotiated with the owner a reimbursement of our extra-costs occurred due to visiting another pool.

The playroom, mentioned in the description, was also unavailable at first, so we had to call the owner to open it. The playroom was located on the -1 floor, without any heating, so it was quite cold there. We requested a transfer from the owner with 4 kids seats, but even though it was confirmed, the driver showed up with just 1 kid seat, and tried to bargain for additional money for the transfer, although the price was confirmed with the owner. There was no transfer to the gondola station, no bar, no tennis table, mentioned in the booking description as well.

The location was near,we had free parking in the spot. It was queit during the night perfect and safe.

The bed and the pillows were not that comfortable.

Location was alright, away from the noise quite far for kids to walk

DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!! Swimming pool empty, spa never open no one told us we had to ask ourselves which is the main reason we booked this apartment, leaking in bathroom tried calling someone who didn’t speak any english and rudely put the phone down on us, front door to the complex is never locked so anyone could walk in, power cuts with no one telling us why, walls are very thin, so if you have a baby crying for 3 hours your not getting any sleep.
