Spacious, brilliant location, great amenities and price

Apartment wasn’t clean at all,problem with the toilet seat, water was licking all around the bathroom. I was expecting better than that for that value of money.

The place wasn't very clean. There isn't window in the kitchen/dining room.

The location is great with views of the mountains.

The apartment had 2 flight of stairs to get to and we had to carry the heavy luggage up and down the stairs with no direct lift access to the flat. The bathroom was leaking water each time the flushing was used it needs alot of maintenance. The bed was very uncomfortable we could not sleep. Adding very noisy next door neighbours you can hear everything as if they were in the flat with us. There is no oven only small old microwave/grill and cooking for kids was limited.

The flat need to be more cleaned in proper way.

We enjoyed our two week stay! Great internet connection, comfortable bed, a lot of natural light, hot shower, and enjoyed the terrace overlooking the distant mountains. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and dish ware. About a 10 to 15 min walk to restaurants and shops downtown. The host was responsive and sent out when we needed help with a hot water tank leak issue. Would stay again!

The available amenities weren’t clearly communicated. Pool was available, but steam room and sauna have to be pre-booked. Laundry was not available in building as mentioned, seems to be outsourced and really expensive. We wish there were blackout curtains in bedrooms. Appreciate the natural light, so bring sleep masks. Don’t expect the replacement toilet paper, paper towels, and basic amenities like soap. Make sure to bring your own as they don’t restock and clean the apartment without a fee.
