"Baño sin plato de ducha. Cocina suelo pegajoso."

La cocina estaba el suelo pegajoso. No estaba limpio. El baño no tiene plato de ducha, literalmente el agua cae al suelo y se va por un desagüe, dejando el baño inutilizado un tiempo hasta que se seque. No tenía ventana, solo extractor, con lo que la humedad no se va. El resto muy bien

El diseño es muy bonito.

Las puertas de la cocina y de algunos lugares del apartamento ya están dañados, sueltos. Subir 5 pisos con las maletas es complicado y más cuando viajas con una persona de la tercera edad como fue mi caso.

Само локацията

Никъде не е упоменато, че апартамента е на 5-ти етаж последен, без асансьор. Абсолютно неудобно и некоректно особено, когато си с дете и трудно подвижен възрастен. Няма паркомясто.
