"Top location!"

Extremely convenient location - literally in the city center. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and pubs. Well and very attractively furnished apartment, convenient for a weekend getaway.

It needs some refreshing and technical maintenance - here and there peeling, worn from use, etc. For people who have not lived in the east block, the entrance to the apartment can be a bit daunting!
