A personal item has gone missing after cleaning. Apartment is dirty.

PERSONAL ITEM DISAPPEARED AFTER CLEANING! The host responded, literally quoting their message: “We are not responsible for personal belongings.” So after staying in these apartments, your valuable items can go missing, and NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT! You won’t be able to prove anything afterward! When I discovered that my item was missing, they said they hadn’t found anything and that “they trust their staff.” When I asked - so does that mean you don’t trust the client? The item is missing - that’s a fact. They did not answer anything. They also use electronic locks, and the code is known to the entire staff, so you are absolutely not protected. At this point, I cannot consider this property safe for personal belongings. I have been staying in these apartments for several years, and while cleanliness issues have been consistent, this was the first time I experienced a situation like this. These are some of the most expensive apartments in Varna, and it’s clear that they haven’t been renovated in a long time. All the apartments have the same issue : the floors and carpets are very dirty. And also I always rewashed the dishes. But this year, the service has completely hit rock bottom. I had to extend my stay, and a cleaning service came (in all the previous years, cleaning never came), and it was the worst cleaning I have experienced. They do not wash the floors - they clean mirrors with dirty toilet rags and leave visible streaks (I have pinned a photo). They enter the apartment wearing outdoor shoes. When I asked why, they said it was their “work shoes,” which were black outdoor high boots. On the last day, when I was checking out, a cleaner with black hair was coming in. I greeted her and told her I had taken out the trash - she did not respond, did not greet me back, and had a very displeased expression. This is unprofessional. The host did NOT respond to my messages about any of this.

Great location in the city center and a comfortable apartment for a longer stay. The Click & Rent team was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality!
