The place is amazing. Super spacious with everything needed for a longer stay.

Some of the cutlery was not cleaned well before us. Other than that all was good.

Location is very good. Walking distance to city center, sea garden, beach, port and shops. Aircons are available in every room. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable.

cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet and one of the terraces could be much better. We have to call the landlord to ask for cleaning. Good was that they immediately send staff to clean. Dishwasher was broken.

Super nice apartment with an extraordinary view over Varna....the apartment has everything and offers a lot of space..Suermarkt and other shops right opposite....landlord is flexible, helpful and friendly....my family felt completely at home

Very spacious, three balconies, sea view, ACs everywhere, spotless clean, host was very friendly and helped us with an early check-in. It's 5 mins walk from Lidl, couple of bus stops around and you can easily get to the Sea garden/beach. Great value for money!

The elevator can be a bit tricky, it wasn't working for a day or two, which is kind of inconvenient, considering the apartment is on the 9th floor. However, it's not the owner's fault.

Great location. About 15mins walk south gets you to Primorski park and the beach front with all the amenities (Congress Festival Hall, Museums, restaurants) and then 20mins walk north-west to get to attractions such as Grand Mall (Retro Museum) and Ethnographic museum. Bus stop right outside the apartment (didn't need to use it though). Supermarket and grocery store across the road 3 min walk. Lovely balcony with view over the city and sea to take in over breakfast. If you smoke the windows on the balcony open. Air con in every room. Met at the apartment to collect key so make sure you give a heads-up when you will be collecting. Only had to wait 5 mins to get the key. On departure it is left in a lockbox inside the building. Taxi from airport is 15 lev. Shower is huge and so nice and jacuzzi bath lovely. Washing machine and dishwasher are in the apartment. Found dishwashing tablets but no washing machine liquid. Plenty of spare pillows and fluffy blankets in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend a trip out to family run Prisoe winery whilst there. Taxi again about 20 lev to get there - 20mins away. Overall would definitely stay again.

For some reason the toilet smelled after about half a day of use but no sign of sewage or leak. You can close the door to the toilet so it won't smell in the bathroom. The building is old like the rest of the buildings in the area. Lift looks and feels like a lead box - really old. Apartment is on the 9th floor so no good if you can't use the lift or the stairs. There is one short flight of stairs (about 6 steps) to get to the lift. Those are the practicalities but would definitely stay again.
