Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in central location.

The apartment is on a busy main road and there is lots of noise and vibrations from the trams and traffic on the road. It was advertised as having air-conditioning while there is only one old and barely functioning A/C in the living room - the bedrooms did not have A/C and were hot. We could not open the windows because in one side there was smell from the kitchen of the pizza restaurant next to the apartment, and on the other side - there was too much noise from the traffic. The bedrooms did sheets and towels were very old and cheap. The sofa, armchair and table chairs in the living room were dirty.While the bathroom was nice and new, the door leading to it was very old and was missing a whole panel at the bottom. Overall we were disappointed that the property did not correspond to the nice pictures - it needs much better maintenance.

Location is great. Well designed, comfortable, well cared, clean flat.

Lots of noise out from street.

We liked the location, that’s why we chose it. We also liked that the flat is spacious.

The flat presents way better on the pictures than in reality. The entire property is in urgent need of renovation. The doors inside, especially the bathroom door, are very worn out, the furniture is quite ancient. The kitchen is very minimal. There is a dish washer, but there were just a couple of old plates, so we couldn’t use it. If we were with more people (there are two bedrooms) we would not have had enough plates to eat. The little balcony had a wooden railing that was half ripped off and left undone. The building of the flat has not been well maintained. The staircase has not been renovated for decades and looks very untidy. There is no lift. The AC was not working properly. Was working on and off. We even changed the batteries of the remote control, but it seems that the installation is quite old and it needs maintenance or replacement. It was a problem for us because the location is very noisy and we couldn’t stay with open windows. So it was too hot inside.

Very big apartament, well located, highly recommanded!
