The Vitosha Boulevard Residence Spacious 2BR NDK

We had a fantastic stay at the Vitosha Boulevard 79 / NDK Apartment. The location is perfect—right on the main street, close to NDK, metro stations, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, very spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and even everything one needs. Communication with the host, Manol, was smooth and friendly. Highly recommended for a comfortable and central stay in Sofia! We will definitely visit again!

amazing appartment! beautiful furnishings , a kitchen full of almost everything you could need! a nice large tv , beautiful views out the window , close to the metro and a lovely park , a grocery store not too far walking . i reccomend this place for your stay!!

loved it all my only reccomendation to owner would be to get a tray to cook inside the oven but was not a major issue at all!

We just got back from an amazing 2 night stay at this apartment! There were three of us, and we all found it spacious and very comfortable. It would be perfectly comfortable for up to 6 adults (with two on the sofa bed). The living room area is very large, so it wouldn't be an issue with space. The apartment is well located, just a short 10 minute walk to the pedestrian area of Vitosha Boulevard and 5 mins from the palace of culture. Manol clearly communicated instructions on how to arrive and let ourselves in, and was very gracious to let us leave our bags after check out as there was no reservation after us. When we arrived, it was freezing temperatures outside, so it was great to find the heating turned on ready for us. Overall, it was an amazing trip, and we would definitely stay here again!!!

I was worried that my mum would have an issue getting to the third floor with no lift available, but in the end, taking it slow, it was fine. Although there are quite a few steps to climb, the steps are shallow, and there are breaks in between. There was a bit of noise in the street at night, but with the windows closed, this was not a major issue.

A spacious comfortable apartment where you feel home. Right next to luxury hotels, the Palace of Culture, restos and cafes, and a few steps away from the subway, and one stop to the heart of downtown with views on the gorgeous mountains, in a quiet little street, your bedroom looks on a backyard with a pine tree. So silent I slept until 10 AM there: )

Everything was perfect. I could not tune the large JVC flatscreen TV, but it was my mistake.

This place is a little gem. It is a two-bedroom apartment with a huge living room.It is in a old building, old not meaning bad, but old meaning it has big size rooms, nice wooden floors, tall ceilings etc. The living room is very big, with windows almost all around. The apartment seems to have been refurbished lately. There is one big double bed and two singles. So it can accommodate 4 people. There is a lovely couch in the living room where people can stay or an extra person or two, could sleep, should the owner allow. The. kitchen is very nice, with all necessary. Kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven, washing machine . Nice electrical radiators that warm up the apartment. I loved the fact that it had a baby cot (that I did not use), but it was nice to have it there. There might be parking on the street (if you find any), but it is only from 8pm to 8 am, but there are paid private parkings around. The owner is very nice, very communicative and answered all our questions. So, this is the place I would stay again in Sofia.
