Расположение в лучшем районе Варны - недаром назван он Чайка! Из столовой прекрасный вид на море и парк. Сочетание комфорта с шикарным дизайном. Кухня содержит все необходимые акксессуары. Светлая уютная атмосфера. Хороший набор функций медиа-центра и интернет.

Немного сложная парковка у дома в рабочее время, нужно привыкнуть к местным правилам.
