Sea view apartment next to Sea garden and beach

Nice appartment good located, But need mentainance, this will happen in march,.so if this is done it will be, a perfect place for family vacation stay.

Several things needed mentainance and didn't work properly. Not all the information on booking.com was correctly.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. The view was amazing and the location is very good, close to restaurants, banks, supermarkets and the sea garden.

There was minor damage to some doors from previous guests but nothing too excessive.

Overall - a great place for a sea getaway between xmas and new year. - really close to the park and the sea. - all kinds of stores and restaurants are nearby - the apartment is spacious and really warm; the internet was really good. - it was easy to find parking space

Some things need fixing. More of visual matter, than functional. The heater in the children's room wasn't working, but it was not that cold during the nights and there were additional blankets that we used, but the heating might be an issue in colder days.

The apartment is very spatious, and well equipped. We found everything we needed. It's right next to the sea garden and beach, and the view is very nice.

It needs some repairs, a lot of small things are broken, like the door handle on the twin bedroom which can't be closed, the dishwasher, the toilet flush button is flimsy, there's two punch holes in the entrance and bathroom door, etc. Nothing very impactful, just a general state of disrepair.

The appartment is very nice situated in Chaika, and it is very comfortable appartment. It was very hot although we did not turn on the AC.

The TV provider ahd stopepd the signal, so no TV, but the setup box is android so you can use youtube. The shower taps are not working very nice. The washing machine was not working.
