We could not enter the property and the support centre was simply useless. The instructions were incomplete and therefore we were unable to enter the apartment. We were in contact with the support agents until they ghosted us without any explanation or assistance and therefore we had to find another place to stay. The host is unprofessional, there is a problem with the door and a “trick” to open it which was not mentioned in the instructions. 0/10
