1. The location is great if you're traveling by car—just 5 minutes away, there's free parking available. 2. Good value for the price. 3. Convenient self-check-in process.

1. We received the key 1.5 hours later than promised, which was frustrating. 2. When we extended our stay, we were promised more toilet paper, but it never arrived. 3. There was a persistent smell in the apartment every evening, and we had to open the windows to air it out. 4. The sofa and bed are very basic and in poor condition—especially the sofa in the living room. 5. The kitchen is poorly equipped with low-quality items, and the refrigerator made a loud, unpleasant noise.
