As soon as I arrived the kind host warmly greeted me and showed me in. The new and airy apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere with abundant open space which is a definite plus for groups of people especially considering that you're on the top floor and get to take advantage of two spacious balconies that enhance the appeal of this place. It's located in a safe neighborhood with currency exchanges, south bus station and Markovo tepe mall all within a 5-10 minute radius.

While the floor is spotlessly clean and smooth enough to walk on barefoot, providing a pack of disposable slippers would have taken my comfort to the next level.

The property is a 20 minute walk from town, a 15 minute walk to a Billa supermarket and has a coffee shop/convenience store downstairs. The train station is about a 15 min walk but there is a lot of construction around it at the moment so it is a bit tricky to navigate. The apartment is in a modern building which is clean and secure. The apartment is comfy, warm and the kitchen utensils are adequate for most needs. This is a very good option for people wanting to explore Plovdiv. Note: there are 2 bus stations - the North bus station (for buses to Veliko Tărnovo) is a 40 min walk - the other is at the train station.

There could have been more pots in the kitchen.
