I stayed at this wonderfully located flat in Plovdiv for four days. It was within walking distance of the old town, main street, train station, and bus station. The building was peaceful, and the apartment had everything I needed. .

The only drawback was weak water pressure in the bathroom.

It is a nice and clean apartment with modern furniture and kitchen. The location is fine.

I didn’t like the communication with the owner who was rude to me when i asked for the possibility of a late check in. All he simply had to say was no politely but he chose to be quite rude and angry at me for asking. He was not solution oriented but chose to be rude after we explained about the trouble we had which was the reason for our request. He let us check in the next day for one of two nights we book only after learning he wouldn’t lose any money. Although he was knocking at the door already 5 mins before check out time. I understand that dealing with tourists specially in peak times can be tough but the bare minimum expected of a host is politeness and courtesy. This quite frankly was a massive turn off to us despite how clean or nice the apartment was.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome in this heat! It was in a good location. Easily walkable to the park, shopping area and restaurants. Wifi was excellent as well.

The walls are a little thin and you could hear the TV from the other apartment. However, with the bedroom door closed it was barely noticeable. But the neighborhood is very quiet

The flat is very spacious, modern and well maintained, everything I need like appliances or furniture is available. It's very clean and tidy. The building is impressive. There are 2 terraces - one with a view to the inner court and the Youth Hill and the other to the Southern part of Plovdiv and the beautiful Rhodope mountains range. On the back of the building there is a large convenience store and it's a 5-minute walk away from a shopping mall. I would love to stay there again.

Noise coming from the neighbours. There were no toiletries. Some issues with the shower cabin. Very uncomfortable pillows

A very spacious flat in a smart block of apartments. Good sized bedroom with plenty of storage. Large kitchen/diner with fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave and electric kettle. Location was good around 15 minutes to the centre with a cafe underneath and a Billa supermarket around 10 minutes walk away.

First impressions are key when renting out a flat. Here the hosting failed. We had pre arranged our arrival time, but when we arrived no one was there to greet us and it was not possible to pick up the key via an electronic box. We had to phone the host who had clearly forgotten we were coming. When he did eventually arrive the then told us 'he needed 5 minutes 'to check everything was alright'. It was a very unconvincing start exacerbated by the fact that he stayed only 3 minutes in the flat before rushing off again without giving us any real information about the flat or area. We soon found the cupboards had no cups or mugs-a basic error that should have been checked. In general crockery was in short supply, there was no welcome drinks or capsules for the washing machine. In short, this is a good flat but presented without enough thought for the needs and expectations of the modern traveller. I hope this will be taken as constructive criticism as this is my intention to improve what is a decent apartment.

The beds were super comfy and the view from one of the two balconys was great, overlooking the town. Close walking distance to a nice park and about 15min into the town. Free parking was easily found on the street.

The walls of the apartment are quite thin. So late in the evening and early in the morning we could hear the loud TV or music of the neighbors. The kitchen is missing some items - especially coffee cups. We had to drink coffee and tea out of small glasses. This could be easily fixed.

No curtain in the sitting room. Not ideal for someone to sleep in the sofa bed who can’t sleep in light.
