Have been there 5 days. Everything was good, owner, cleanliness, independence, quite comfortable, location in the city center, fresh, warm, everything is good :) Recommend this place as a place to stay for a few nights or longer.

It's a basement mostly refurbished to a modern, decent standard. Great location, good WiFi, quiet, good communication from hosts, extended check out.
