Местоположението е възможно най-доброто. Близо до метро, ресторанти и магазини, но на тихо място. Предлага се абсолютно всичко, просторно и чисто е. Определено по-добре от една хотелска стая.

Единственото неудобство са четирите етажа стълби до апартамента.
