CasaBella Apartment

Good location. Cozy and good-looking place. I had everything needed for a short and long stay. Taking the keys was easy. Fast communication with the host.

The location is perfect, very communicative, yet quiet. The apartment has everything that you could need - the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the bed is comfortable, and there is a big smart TV. The wifi worked great, and the bathroom was stocked with all sorts of products if you didn't bring your own. The only thing I didn't see was toothpaste, which is perfectly normal. It was also very clean. You don't meet with the host. The key is left for you in a lockbox, which I prefer over meeting face-to-face. The price is very reasonable for the amenities and location, and I would choose it again when coming to Sofia.

It was a little bit cold, especially in the kitchen, where the central heating was a little bit weak. There is one air-conditioning unit in the bedroom but no remote. It's only turned on or off. Overall, the regulation of the temperature is hard. The bedroom got too hot while the kitchen was cold. There are no slippers, so beware to bring your own as the floors get cold, too. Although the apartment itself was very clean, the sofa was a little dirty and had some stains on it. The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you're older or have disabilities you have to keep that in mind.

Absolutely perfect!!! - The bathrooom and shower exceeded expectations with amount of things that were available. - Free laundry with washing chemicals. - Close to metro Station. - Everything was clean. - Very comfortabe bed.

The location without GPS might be difficult to find, but that occured only first time :)

very well equipped appartment, we felt like at home. walking distance to the city centre (cca 10 min walking). parking up to 4 hours during the day and whole night (19:30-8:30) was just in front of the door of the house)
