Apartment was close to centrum. Close to stores and places you can eat

Extremly loud- aircraft's fly low so is really disturbing.

beaware it's not as in the photos! they might try to not refund if you complain that the apartment is not as on the photos!!

everything!! it was cold outside, like 2 degrees and at entering the apartment we realized that the windows were opened and there was no heating!! terrible. moreover the tv didnt work as we had to call operator... just terrible experience

The location. However, the truth is Sofia is super tiny and everywhere u stay is pretty much close to the city center

It’s run by the Pop Bogomil hotel near by. They will say no to whatever request you have so fight for your right. Booking.com website said they provide a bunch of stuff but the staff will refuse to give you what you are entitled of! 1 our first booking was four days and it was too much work at first to change places but then the hotel refused to clean our room after the first booking!! 2the wall is crumbling and the air quality is so Hereford and the dust in the apartment accumulated very quickly! It got a lot worst after the few days and they refuse to take care of that!! 3dirty floor. The floor under the bed and sofa was never cleaned 4 disgusting, smelly and not sleepable pillows. 5 the staff refused to offer toilet paper and toiletteries although booking.com websites said they are all provided!! 6 big holes in the sheets and it got more and more difficult to sleep on it without touching the disgusting mattress underneath!! 7 my partner and I work remotely. The WiFi was not good enough for conference calls

Very well located apartment. The shower water has good pressure and is nice and warm. There’s a good fan and the temperature in the apartment is comfortable.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and made it very hard to sleep. The bedsheets don’t have elastic and are too small so they keep getting off the mattress. They also were torn and have a big hole in them. There’s black mold on the sides of the floor of the bathroom. The kitchen utensils, pots and their lids weren’t well washed when we arrived. There was no detergent to clean them, only an empty detergent bottle, when we pointed that out to the lady as we arrived, she just shrugged us off. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, and when we asked for more, we were told they wouldn’t offer us more. There were no toiletries even though they claimed to offer them in the description. After mentioning that to them they said “that was in the description by mistake” and that “they’ll talk about it to their colleague”. In general whenever we tried to talk to the hosts they acted as if they were doing us a favor, and were not polite, and did not correspond to what the ad said. There was dust, dirt, breadcrumbs, etc.) below the sofa in the kitchen and below the bed. There were spiders in the kitchen ceiling. Overall hygiene and cleanliness was an issue. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived. They did fix it after a couple of hours of us letting them know, but the connection isn’t good, the speed is slow, and video calls would choke often (we work online so that’s important for us). The glass panel in one of the windows is shattered and has sharp edges which are dangerous and could cut someone. The description also mentioned they could arrange transfer from the airport, but when we asked for it, they just said it wasn’t available. We would *not* stay here again.
