Appartement LA BOURSE

The location is absolutely amazing. There are 2 full baths and an additional half bath which is a great thing for a group. And the apartment is HUGE. We would happily stay here again, despite the negatives. The photos on the property posting don’t actually do it justice- it’s much more comfy when we arrived than expected.

There were a couple of dirty dishes and some half eaten guacamole in the fridge. The main room’s bed was really not comfortable (foam mattress) but I’m pregnant and that could have also added to my experience. The living room was freezing cold but the bedrooms were nice and toasty- almost too hot. I think if you leave the door to the living room open the heat from the rooms might help balance temperature.

Large apartment very close to the centre of Brussels. About a 5 - 10 minute walk from the central station and only about 30 minutes on foot to the Eurostar Terminal. More than enough room for four people. We were met outside the apartment as we were stood around looking for the address and were able to collect/drop off the keys from the bar downstairs (London Bar)

Not very clean . Loud music playing till 1 am from bar below. Wet towels hanging over heaters on arrival. Heater in bathroom not working. Bin not emptied. Cup of mouldy cream in fridge on arrival

The location was excellent - directly across from a major square

One mirror in room - none in the bathroom and nowhere near an outlet. One towel per person. Had to ask for coffee pods for next day. Shower curtain dirty. No chairs or table - just a bed and dresser. No extras at all. TV didn’t work and no help available for set up. Pictures were very misleading as was the title - apartment. There were many different rentals off the stairs . Very noisy on stairs

Location was great. Prices were fitting EU ceiling for reimbursement

All the rest. It was more backpacker's accommodation. Pretty spartan. The owner did not bother to give me clear instructions how to get my keys, so I was stepping around for about 30 minutes..

Very clean and in a very central location. Easy check in process.

It wasn’t an apartment. we were given a seperate room which was disappointing. The images shown was nothing what the room was like. there was no wifi or any amenities which are listed in the description. we were given a fridge and coffee machine.

Location was perfect on the edge of Bourse Place, the Grand Place and with easy access to the old quarter. Space within apartment was great. Comfortable and we’ll stocked. Hosts were just wonderful - could not have been more hopeful and we had a few drinks and great chats with them in their bar downstairs.

Like most accomm in Europe, no aircon or ceiling fans and being in close proximity to the old quarter could be noisy. Apartment was very hot if you needed to close windows because of noise.
