Appartement LA BOURSE

Very nice host. Room is modest, clean and functional. It has a fridge, which was great. Host provided coffee, which I appreciated. The neighborhood is great, so lively. I booked this for my last night in Belgium and it was a great choice.

There was no mirror in the bathroom. Not a big deal, though.

The location was great to get to all main attractions in Brussels, as well as very easy access to public transport.

The area felt unsafe for two female travellers and the general security of the apartment building was not great. There was no tv in the queen studio and the shower would turn from hot to cold very quickly. General cleanliness was ok however for the price, we would’ve expected more.

Location is good

Towels were not clean. Bathroom waste bin still had waste (dirty sanitary pads) from the previous tenant. The bathroom wick still had slashes of water from the previous tenants. In the wardrobe, there some clothes, and the extra linen was placed scruffy.

it was a terrible experience, dirty studio with shabby walls, with windows in the ceiling like in a prison cell, dirty towels, dirty linen, everything stinks, no mirror in the bathroom, impossible to shave, no soap, no shower gel, no mugs, no chairs , there is no wardrobe, this is the worst experience, guys, don’t take a studio from them, they are liars and scammers!!!

location, nothing else

we are an elderly couple and search for places with a lift as my wife struggles with steps. This place was listed as having a lift. To our horror this room is accessed by 20+ steps above a bar. NO LIFT. To call this place an apartment is a joke, it is a bed, toilet and shower. No window except a skylight covered by a curtain that was too high to open. No chair. No space. We stayed 10 minutes and booked into a comfortable hotel nearby. Owner said he would pay for 3 nights alternative accommodation, which quickly was reduced to 1 night as we were unable to return keys to day 2, still waiting on any refund a week later. Do NOT stay here if you want space, light, sit down, fresh air, or a lift

Location, very spacious apartment. Host was very helpful, kept our luggage before & after checking/out.

Nothing but apartment need a bit of upgrade to get higher rating

Good location

We couldn't check-in at 15:00. We had to wait for another hour. At night it was very noisy. You could here everything from the bar nearby.

The location was very good. Has all facilities for staying. Worth of money. Highly recommend.
