Great location right in the centre of the city. Clean and comfy bed. Plenty of space for what we needed.

Not enough hot water for 2 normal length showers. Could do with a few more hangers for clothes.

The host Mustifa was fantastic, Provided an excellent dinner suggestion and was extremely hospitable.

The location in the city only and was clean.

The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep, the cold filtered through the windows and they only provided us with a blanket. When we arrived the host left without explaining anything to us. The wifi key did not work, we were without internet the entire stay. The coffee maker in the room didn't even serve the type of coffee they provided us with, so the coffee maker didn't work either. Total disappointment.

The place is really more wonderful and the apartment is excellent. It is located in a great place next to the metro station and in front of the Brussels Stock Exchange. In terms of the place, you won't find any place like this in Brussels. It has to be booked again soon.

Good location, spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, all amenities available.

In fact, the apartment was located about 300 meters from the address on the website. But the host was responsive and helpful with everything. I would recommend soundproofing the windows - sounds from restaurants, companies and cars can be heard inside.

Actual location of apartment was different than given location. Kitchen cutlery was very minimal and it was not possible to cook effectively

The location is not where he said it was. We had to walk for 15 Minutes. If I had heavy luggage I would have requested a cancelation.

The location was pretty nice, close to the Boulevard Anspach. The room has it's own bathroom. That's the only positive thing I can think of!

Everything else besides the location! It was an ugly, almost unfurnished room (except a mirror and a dead plant!), so NOT an apartment, and NOTHING like the nice pictures on Booking!! Totally misleading!! The host barely spoke any English and my French isn't great, so communication was difficult. The room had massive radiators, but since they didn't work, the host showed me a tiny electric heater to use. There was a coffee maker, but without coffee and even without cups!! Am I supposed to drink coffee from my hands?? There was no tv in the room. The wifi wasn't working and the host didn't give me any information on that in the first place. Of the 2 towels I got, 1 had weird stains on it and the other one was smelly! The pillows on the bed had long black hairs on them. The fan in the bathroom was covered in a thick layer of dust.
