"Great value and amazing location in the heart of Brussels."

Host was super helpful. I arrived by car. He arranged parking for me and met me there to take me to the apartment. He then gave me a free upgrade to a larger apartment. Given my schedule, I didn't get to enjoy the difference but was much appreciated. Also, I was able to store my luggage at the key return place (the cafe bar below the apartment).

Amazing price/quality, staying in the absolute center of Brussels for just a very humble sum. The owner was kind and let us stay an afternoon longer since there were no bookings that day. Plenty of necessities, for the price at least.

The only thing is that there was a lot of noise from the streets, and specifically the nightclubs downstairs. This was no problem for me and my partner since we sleep sound and stayed out quite late ourselves. I can imagine this is a dealbreaker for some, but not for us.

Son emplacement et la grandeur de appartement

Le service ascenseur en panne serrure casé nous somme rester sur le palier à 22 h 30 pendant plus une demi-heure et pour combler le tous on a retrouver une souris morte le matin dans la cuisine

"Bel emplacement mais le service est non professionnel"

L'emplacement est imbattable, appartement spacieux, ameublement simple mais confortable. Appartement bien chauffé.

Faible équipement de la cuisine (2 petites cuillers, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de grille pain ni de planche à découper, pas de bol ...). L'éclairage dans la cuisine et dans une des salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas ou par intermittence, malgré une réparation en cours de séjour. Il y avait du linge dans le lave linge et le sèche linge à notre arrivée (pourtant tardive) que nous avons dû sortir pour qu'il ne moisisse pas.
