Appartement LA BOURSE

Host was nice. Always is contact before coming.

The location address is reception one which very close to Grand palace. But actual apartment was 1 KM away which was surprise to me.

The apartment was very nice, clean and location is also very near to the metro station..

The only issue I faced was to find the exact location. The mentioned address is different from the actual apartment location.. Somehow I found the owner of the apartment with the help of a person in the restaurant at the given address. I had to wait for around 30-40 mins to find the owner.. Rest everything was perfect..

The apartment was very small but the kitchen was fully functional. The TV is great. Except for the absence of a wardrobe for us, there were no other problems. The owner is very friendly and he gave us the opportunity to leave the bags at his reception/bar for a few hours.

We booked for an apartment at Rue Auguste Orts but once we met the owner we discovered that at that address there is a bar which is also the 'reception'; there is an apartment above the reception but it was assigned to others. We were redirected at another apartment, about 300 meters from the reception (Rue Leon Lepage). This one was not bad, what was indeed smaller, less central and didn't have any wardrobe for us (the owner said it was actually his apartment so there were locks to the closets).

The location is A+++++. 2 minute walk to Grand Place, in the middle of the no car zone so walk everywhere. If needed the Metro is one minute away. Grocery store 2 minutes, restaurants everywhere

No microwave. Takes a minute to orient yourself from the front entrance to the apartment itself.

Location is great, within walking distance of every highlight. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very spacious apartment. We would stay here again!

Apartment is above a bar that is open until late, playing very loud music that make the walls vibrate. No bins or hand towels in the toilets.

There was loud music playing all night that made sleep very difficult. The bedsheets were stained. The kitchen lacked the advertised appliances, there was no kettle. The TV or the washing maschine weren't working either. The appartment was quite dirty overall.

We accidentially forgot a cuddle toy / stuffed animal of our daughter and relized only after our return home. The host was so kind to search it for us, put it in a parcel and send it to our home address in Germany. Outstanding service and support! The location is excellent, in the heart of the old town with a lot of charming cafes, restraurants and historic buildings next door.
