The location was amazing.

The constructions that happened during the weekend (especially on saturdays), when I was told when booking that it wouldn’t, the WiFi that was not working for the first two weeks of my stay, and the fact that there was no tools provided to clean the apartment by myself (only possible to pay 200 reais per cleaning which is a lot).

La atención de Adriana y su marido fue excelente. Estuvieron atentos a nuestros pedidos. El edificio tiene seguridad las 24hs lo que facilita el acceso sin problemas. Todos fueron muy amables con nosotros. La ubicación del departamento es muy buena

Me hubiera gustado que tuviera servicio de limpieza incluido.

A localização é perfeita. Tem tudo perto, começando com a praia 3min de caminhada, vista maravilhosa da praia de Ipanema. Tem mercado, padaria, lanchonete, restaurante, praça, igreja e dá pra fazer uma caminhada tranquila até Arpoador a esquerda e praia do Leblon a direita. No AP tudo no lugar, bem limpinho, cheiroso, enxoval completo. Ótima recepção. Amei cada carinho e dedicação que foram preparados para nos receber. Muito obrigada Viviane, quando estiver no Rio, quero ficar no seu AP, simplesmente amei e super recomendo, se o seu foco é praia linda, cheio de gente bonita e educada, vai sem medo. Deus abençoe!

Lugar bem localizado perto de tudo, da pra sair a pé tranquilamente. Próximo ao metro, ponto de onibus, praia, mercados e padarias

Todo! Me encanto la ubicación del departamento, cerca de la playa y lugares de interés. Estaba muy limpio, la ducha con agua caliente funcionaba perfecto. Tenian wifi, cocina y todo lo que eso conlleva. Está ubicado en un lugar seguro, donde siempre hay portero en el edificio, volveria mil veces.
