Apartamentos em Ipanema

The host was very friendly.

Currently, there's construction on both sides of the building, making it uncomfortably noisy from 7 a.m., including Saturdays. There was an incident in the building in the middle of the night, someone breaking windows. I had no explanation for what happened. Apparently it was some intruder according to the police the night before, although it was an isolated incident it did not make my stay very peaceful. The host refunded me for the remaining two nights.

Location is great - 5minutes away from Ipanema Beach, Metro and the supermarket. Adriana was super helpful, responded timely and was able to solve an issue I had with the bathroom in quick time, which I appreciated. The apartment had everything I need - small kitchenette with utensils, a grill, iron, etc. 24/hr security, a lift and the size of the room was great for just me - appropriate for 2 people

There is a construction going on right next to the week - they start from 8/9am until about 3pm - luckily for me, I had a few morning/full day activities - so be mindful if you are not an early riser - the drilling is a lot. On days when I came back to the apartment during the day, I just headed to the beach

Everything was nice about the apartment, especially its location close to everything. The host was friendly and responsive. As you can see from the photos, the place is a little tight on space, but it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is located in a secure complex that is maned 24/7. There is an elevator. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. The space is big enough for a couple. with a desk and seating area. The bed is firm and comfortable the bathroom is functional. The entire space is clean. The area is full of bars and restaurants. The beach is just around the corner and there is a subway station 5 minutes away. Perfect spot for visiting Rio.

Claudia and her husband were extremely nice and available, even keeping my luggage in their own apartment for a couple of hours while I made time to catch my flight at the airport. The location is really good and the apartment has everything you need for staying a few days as a single person.

The only negative side was that while I was staying there, there was some construction work being done right next to the apartment, this made it hard to sleep past 9:00 AM

The location is great, close to the beach and anything you might need, bakery, supermarket and restaurants.

I have been travelling for a while, although there was a washing sink, a small washing machine/dryer would have been more convenient than handwashing and drying clothes.

Clean, comfortable apartment and great location, close to Ipanema Beach, shopping, bars, restaurants and the markets at Praca Osorio.
