Vossa Bossa Vila Madalena

Location is nice and vey convenient. The building has nice facilities, a reasonable gym, a nice pool (did not use it, though).

The bed is old, too soft and terrible for a night of rest. There is no hanger in the bathroom for anything - towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Towels are small. TV hanging from the ceiling with lots of cables. A real mess. I had to spent the first day without internet connection - precisely the Friday, when there was work to be done.

Had a power cut for over 12 hours with no communication from anyone

Low score as for what we paid I honestly expected so much more. TV weirdly too close to the bed, with 4 remotes and none of them working. Asked for a late check out, they gave me an hour more yet the cleaning lady showed up knocking at the door. Asked if I at least could leave my bag ahead of the flight and they said no (said to cross the city and dropped it off at the agency office instead). Asked then if maybe I could just hang around 1h more in the pool facility ahead of going to the airport — again, not a chance. Door guy was so rude that just said ‘no’ and closed the external gate in my face (mind you, it was only me at that moment as a solo female traveler). For the money, not worth it. Please find a better place that actually cares about you and will try to accomodate your needs if something happens.

It’s in a nice neighborhood!

It was not particularly clean, a lot of things where broken or missing.

The location was great, the building was nice clean and tidy and the pool area I loved. The studio was very comfortable and good enough for two of us.

Nothing in particular, just missed iron and kitchen cloth but nothing major to complain as everything else was great.

Location and staff.

Pillows, it smelled very old, extremely like no one washes it, terrible.
