Vossa Bossa Vila Madalena

Location was nice and it was close to very good restaurants. It was a small, clean, and well kept studio apartment.

We had issues with the evening security allowing our vehicle back into the garage after we had already register the car. What was aggravating was the fact it was pouring down rain and their was a strange man trying to get in the complex blocking the gate. Also the TV in the room was horrible, 4 channels working periodically, but when they did work the only one that came in clear was a religious channel featuring “Sister Repressed!” - Horrível!! Pay for basic cable for your guests.

A estadia foi boa, só faltou um pouco de assistência en alguns pontos, mas recomendo! Perto de tudo, apto cheiroso e bem bonito.

I love the location and the swim pool even though I did used only one day due the weather

The shower wasn't working properly sometimes warm but must of the time cold water .. The air conditioner did not worked and the administration only sent someone to look after it after 5 days ,I was there for 10 days I asked for an exchange studio, but they said that it wasn't possible even though I saw online there were studios available ... The studio is way smaller than the pictures Unfortunately I had bad experience and I did not pay cheaper for that ..

Swimming pool, staff were responsive and kind, gym

The room would get really hot, coffee machine was broken, the laundry service did not include soap

The apartment is good value for money and in a good location

It isn’t for three people - bedsheets provided for two only and only 2 chairs in the apartment. The reception staff were incredibly rude, both on arrival and throughout our stay. No provisions made for power cuts (we had no power from 5pm until 2.30am).

We had a terrible experience since they did not recognize our reservation late at night. Fortunately we were not left on the street without place a stay. And due to my friend we managed to get a substitute hotel. We had to pay another 440.00 to stay at an alternate place. We are now out 528.00 we paid and need a refund. We left abandoned in a strange country with people that had all the lights off the front and our taxi driver came to the rescue. The innkeeper had no sympathy for our desperate situation and did not recognize or Expedia as the intermediary.
