ESPETACULAR APARTAMENTO NO LEBLON

Localização , apartamento funcional ,e limpo.

Não houve ponto ruim .

The location, in LeBlon, was very nice with many nearby restaurants, (including a very reasonable Japanese restuarant right next door), shops, and an easy walk to the beach. The building had a 24/7 reception, and we always felt safe in the area. The room was very tastefully done, the kitchen was functional. The host was kind and tried to resolve the issues we had.

There was no window to the outside to let any light in, just a window opening into a small opening between the building walls. The room was smaller than I expected, and there weren't many hangers which would have been useful since there were no cupboards. We had trouble with the AC which the host did try to address, but it did not get fixed during our 4-day stay. There was a ceiling fan which helped, and it never got too hot, fortunately.

The location was great and the apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a stay.

The corridor was sometimes noisy but it was very quiet at night.

Great location ,many restaurants around and closed to the beach, flat secured and well cleaned, the people at the building reception are very nice and easy to reach out to the landlord for any question .

As already mentioned in previous reviews , some kitchen furniture are missing ( no spoons, only one bowl, no kettle ) noisy building as the flat is closed to the reception so we could hear the bell for the building main door and all the conversation at the reception desk which could start at 6.30 am and until midnight .

Location and design of the apartment were the best part. The apartment is super close to good food, the beach and the subway. Most of the apartment was super clean, but the cot chair bed was very dusty. Check-in was very easy and the building doormen were very polite. The shower had good pressure and all temperatures for the water.

We are rating very low in confort because of the bed. The matress was very uncomfortable. The building is undergoing renovations so from early morning we heard workers and construction and it prevented a better rest.
