The location of this flat is great, one can reach restaurants and public transport by foot. The flat has no breakfast included and the reception works 24h.

Nicely located, comfortable and modern.

I think the only thing that I can point out, is that it can be a bit noisy at night (bars nearby and traffic on the street).

Great secure studio with double security entrance gate in a top location with pool access and balcony. Plenty of bars, dinner and brunch spots nearby, large supermarket, all in walking distance but still quiet at night. Good A/C, powerful large fridge and freezer, toiletries in the bathroom, towels, toilet paper (not always a given in Brazil), kettle, coffee machine, hob.

I would recommend the place for people with max. one large and one small suitcase, otherwise it might be a bit tricky to open them or keep them open, but completely minor detail.

Absolutely gorgeous flat in one of the best neighborhoods in Sau Paulo. Check in was easy via the intercom and concierge, the flat itself is beautiful, comfortable beds, great shower, safe and great location to explore the surrounding bars and restaurants.

Great stay for three days in the pleasant quarter Vila Madalena. Very clean and very friendly communication. Bright and with nice view.

The street is noisy but with earplugs it was okay.

24/7 security, in Vila Madalena- very nice neighbourhood with a lot of nice cafés, restaurants and shops, clean, comfy, good appliances, small balcony with view, good communication with the host

I would appreciate a washing machine in the apartment because the laundry room in the building is only for permanent residents (which I totally understand); the location is about 15-20 minutes walk to the next metro, depending on the direction the walk is up hill
