Good Location, good host, facilities were exactly as described. Definitely would come back.

>> Pros: I have to mention cleaning first, because it's really spectacular, even on corners you can not notice anything dirty, spotless. Location is amazing, one of the best neighborhoods of Sao Paulo, walkable distance to some nice restaurants, bars, street art; and also central to explore other attractions around the city. Host Audrey was personally welcoming and did a good introduction from the apartment and the area, extra point for sustainability practices. Apartment have everything you might need: full kitchen, good wifi, AC and even access to the building pool. Building have 24 hours gatekeepers and safe entrance.

>> 2consider: Although it is easy to go around with Uber or similar apps, metro station is 1.1km through quite hilly streets. >> Cons: Shower temperature balance was sometimes difficult to reach, but it is a good shower.

One of the receptionists was less friendly when talking to us for the first time.

The apartment is very nice, clean and cozy. There is everything you could need, well equiped kitchen, shower is really perfect, the owner is super friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is super nice and 100% safe at any time. And was the most important thing for me - WiFi works very good, so i could work online without any problem.

Very good and safe location in the heart of Vila Magdalena, many restaurants and bars around. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple or a single person. Audrey is a very friendly and helpful host.

I liked everything

the host was incredible, very welcoming and always responded quickly. the place was bigger then expected.

the street is a bit noisy so bring earplugs ;-)
