ANUNCIO DE COMODIDADES FALSO. Chegamos e a tv não funcionava. Acredito que não havia sido paga, a tv a cabo e não tinha sinal. O anfitrião acionado sobre a falta de sinal , me aconselhou a "aproveitar o rio de janeiro" pois era dia feriado e ninguém arrumaria o sinal da TV em um feriado. Cheguei tarde da noite e não consegui ver televisão. Demorou dois dias para arrumar. ATENÇÃO: A RECEPÇÃO DO LOCAL NÃO RESOLVE NADA POIS DIZ QUE A PROPRIEDADE É PARTICULAR. A propriedade anunciou ter máquina de lavar roupa. NÃO TEM MÁQUINA DE LAVAR ROUPA NO APTO. Existe uma área comum no edifício QUE FECHA S 18H . Assim, você não pode lavar roupa " e aproveitar o rio de janeiro". Ou lava roupa, ou aproveita o rio de janeiro, pois deve esperar as roupas lavarem para retirá-las antes que o local feche as 18h . NÃO TEM LOCAL PARA PENDURAR ROUPAS NO APTO . FUI OBRIGADA A LAVAR NO CHUVEIRO E PENDURAR EM CADEIRAS.

Location

I think is not possible in 2025 to rent an apartment and not find even a welcome bottle of water or a bar of soap and be forced to go out immediately to do the shopping. Poor cleaning (I found several hairs around). Bidet not working. Windows not insulating, you could hear the noise of the service machinery at all hours.

Location is very good, Ipanema near General Osorio square and walking distance to the Ipanema beach. Reception 24/7 good service. Good to have a swimming pool, after a full day visiting Rio

Flat is outdated. We had to ask for new kitchenware. In general everything looks tired. Towels very old, can't even say what was the original !. They clean every day, BUT no clean towels or bed linen provided even though we stayed for a week!
