"Avoid This Overpriced Shabby Dump That is NOT in Ipanema!"

They call it "Ipanema Magnifico". It is NOT in Ipanema, not even close! The place smelled bad, all the pillows were filthy and stinky, I told them there were 3 of us, but there were no towels for a third person and sheets for the hide a bed. The sheets had many holes. Holes in the flooring. Desperately needs paint. Used bandage under the couch (wtf!). Gum wrapper in a drawer. Shabby, rundown. We quickly got out of this overpriced dump. For $33 more a night we found a beautiful beach front hotel with a delicious breakfast.

The apartment could have been cleaner. There seemed to be very tiny ants crawling around on table tops and in the kitchen sink.
