O apartamento é super aconchegante e o proprietário é muito educado e prestativo, amei o fato de ter tudo, inclusive uma vassoura se necessário para limpeza. O prédio é bem calmo e você quase não ouve barulho da vizinhança ou dos vizinhos.

De fato existe uma piscina e uma academia, entretanto não é possível usar, só moradores.
