Nada foi agradável.

Infelizmente, a acomodação encontrava-se em condições precárias de manutenção e limpeza, tornando a estadia inadequada e frustrante. Abaixo, elenco os problemas encontrados, divididos por prioridade: 1. Segurança e Infraestrutura Crítica • Maçaneta da porta: Apresenta falha severa, dificultando a abertura e o trancamento, o que compromete diretamente a segurança do hóspede. • Esgoto do banheiro: Estava entupido, causando mau cheiro e impossibilitando o uso adequado das instalações sanitárias. 2. Equipamentos Inoperantes • Televisão: Completamente inutilizável (ausência de cabos de energia e de antena). • Controles: Sem pilhas, impedindo o controle de qualquer equipamento do quarto. 3. Conforto e Qualidade • Colchão: Extremamente antigo e desconfortável, impossibilitando o descanso adequado. • Ruído: A localização (1º andar) é excessivamente barulhenta, sem isolamento acústico compatível com o que foi anunciado. Diante do exposto, os serviços contratados não foram entregues conforme a descrição e as expectativas de habitabilidade e segurança. Solicito, portanto, uma análise urgente deste caso e sugiro reembolso parcial do valor pago ou um cupom de desconto. Aguardo um retorno breve com uma solução.
