Loft Boutique no melhor ponto de Copacabana

Everything! From the host messaging early with copious useful details, to the thought put into the apartment layout, use and amenities provided. Host sent customer service to receive us and a cleaner as well who were very thorough and committed. Also, 2 toilets with showers! A HUGE WIN.

I got locked out for a couple of hours but that seems to be permanently fixed now. But it was very well handled and a quick fix, so all good. Hey, it happens.

Location was extremely central - only one street back from the Copacabana beach front. With security/concierge, we felt extremely safe. Eduardo was the most helpful host we have ever experienced. Communication was easy and clear, and he helped organise additional activities such as going to see a football match which we had struggled getting tickets for as a non-Brazilian. The loft is clean, comfortable, a good size and with 2 bathrooms, very good facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped which we didn't even end up using! The key code entry is a game changer for when you want to leave the apartment without a bag - not carrying keys everywhere was a lot more useful than we imagined. I would absolutely recommend this loft.

The only thing I could possibly mention would be the mosquitos in one of the lifts. I suppose it would be difficult to control, and it is a communal lift so not exactly the hosts responsibility but some kind of deterrent might be worth considering. This is extremely minor - everything else was brilliant.

Good and convenient location. Very easy and seamless to get into the property. Eduardo (host) was super helpful, and very responsive. Very clean. Highly recommend this property.

L'appartamento più completo e dotato di ogni comfort e necessità in cui sia stato in parecchi anni di viaggi! Super gentilezza da parte di Eduardo e Carolina nel momento dell'arrivo per farci sentire sicuri e della partenza lasciandoci restare qualche ora oltre il check-in per il volo. Per il resto posizione a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e vicino ai punti di ritrovo per escursioni varie, vicinato dotato di negozi di ogni genere e presenza di una guardia per la sicurezza all'accesso, comunicazione eccellente via WhatsApp ad ogni ora. Grazie di cuore!
