Gostei da vista e localização.

Primeiramente eu fiquei esperando por 2h além do horário do check in para entrar , aguardei em uma área com muito calor e passei muita vergonha por se tratar da primeira viagem juntos ....organizei esta viagem pelo aplicativo com antecedência e o anfitrião nem tinha comunicado a administração a minha chegada ( tive que informar novamente a documentação). Sou cliente frequente do app e nunca tinha passado por tamanho constrangimento, e inclusive fui embora para outro hotel 1 dia antes do previsto ( é só olhar na reserva). Enfim...foi a pior viagem que tive pelo app e vou aguardar a postura de vocês.
