O flat é bem maior do que aparenta nas fotos. Confortável e bem decorado. Bela vista do mar. Também gostei do fato de ter um restaurante com preços acessíveis. Boa localização!

Prédio abandonado sem manutenção. Corredores com cheiro de cigarro. Apartamento pelas fotos parecem ok mas deixa muito a desejar. Roupas de cama e banho de baixa qualidade. Vidros todos bem sujos, principalmente o box do banheiro.

Fomos enganados, colocamos direto no aplicativo, como chegar no local, mais de 3x ele nos mandava para praia de Boa virgem, que não conduz com o endereço, mandei mensagem, ninguém respondeu, liguei tbm não fui atendida. Depois da meia noite, fui verificar no aplicativo de novo, estava com endereço correto, primeiro colocado o endereço nada a ver, para depois colocarem o endereço correto, são uns golpistas.
