Ótima, localização, a 50 m, da orla, mercado e farmácia próximo!

Infelizmente o ar condicionado não gela, a geladeira também, pois estava estragada, o fogão é muito fraco, e não tinha fósforo para acender pois não é automático, os móveis já estão em estado precário e bem desgastados, a Internet so funcionou no primeiro dia até a meia noite e acabou! O apartamento merece e precisa de uma repaginada urgente! Do jeito que pegamos não recomendo!
